  Was really sick today & with a public holiday, the pharmacy was open 9-1 which I found out online. Thank Goodness the place was open! I was really unwell & the assistant picked up on this and attended to me right away when i entered the store. (I felt sorry for pushing in front of the other waiting customers + the whole store was super busy but the chemist even stopped what he was doing and personally checked on my well being which I was so thankful for)! They even gave me a sick bag and offered me a glass of water! I know how busy this chemist gets but it’s this kind of service which will make me keep coming back for sure! #gotmymeds #sothankful #greatpharmacy #feelingbetternow

  I rang the pharmacy today , Sunday, at about 1 min to 4pm to see if they had my husbands Webster pack , yes they did ,I have no idea why they were not delivered last Thursday as usual ?. I asked if I could fly down and pick them up as my husband had no tablets for tonight or in the morning before dialysis, and the pharmacist told the assistant to tell me ,no there was nothing they could do.My husband has been in hospital 4 times in the past 2 weeks and these pills are life saving for him, heart medication etc,I was stunned that someone who is supposed to care could not wait 5 mins, yes I am only 5mins away, so I could get all important medication for my 84 year old husband.No one offered to drop them into us either. I have supported this chemist since they first opened in the bay and this is disgusting and worrying. There have been many changes made in this pharmacy and not all are for the good of the clients, the newer staff not all, but some along with the new pharmacists just dont have the caring capacity that the old ones used to have.I am still dumbfounded that my husband has to go without his medication tonight and tomorrow morning because someone wasn't willing to wait 5 mins to help a client out and give him his medication.I know if this had have been Peter or John this wouldn't have happened. I wish there was somewhere I could report them.The wrong name is at the top of this review the correct name is : Mary Puddefoot
